Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Make It Happen Events ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our event planning services.
2. Payment & Bookings
2.1 Confirmation: No event is considered confirmed until a formal invoice is raised and the requisite advance payment is received. Verbal agreements are not binding.
2.2 Payment Schedule:
- 50% Non-refundable advance upon signing the contract.
- 50% Balance due strictly 72 hours prior to the event start time.
2.3 Taxes: All rates are exclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated in the invoice.

4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all content—including designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the "Content")—are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
5. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic or communications failure or degradation, acts of God, pandemics, or civil unrest.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Make It Happen Events and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
